You’re still mindlessly scrolling? The Sun’s Out Babe!

So check this out—there’s life outside of your zombie scrolling. Yes I said it! There may be a whole world on your screen (Anyone else got like 50 tabs open at once?), but there’s a whole ACTUAL world we’re living in.

Game day at Dave & Busters was like my childhood self exploring the magic in outdated games again. Ok yes I took a photo opp because look arcade aesthetic is cool ! (Don’t sue me), but I actually enjoyed myself. Ah, the sweaty smell of retro games like shooting hoops that you can’t win and greasy French fries complimented with a side of joy, honey mustard, and cheese! Winning tickets was like unlocking the currency to the joy of winning a plushie that you could’ve easily bought online ( Don’t order your whole cart just yet!)

You know what the best part was in all of this? Just having fun ! Forgetting that you even have your phone is such an underrated blessing because it’s become a permanent accessory. The vibrating noises of my phone were inaudible compared to the noises of the games, and sheer excitement that stemmed from being in a euphoric state of mind. 

Let’s ditch our phones every once in a while to explore what life has to offer! The viral videos, email from your condescending boss, and recommended posts can wait. The Sun itself is viral, it’s literally always out! (Most days at least). Speaking of, what do you do that stops you from being glued to your phone like e6000 glue to a rhinestone?
